Description

This product is a high-strength self-leveling mortar refined with high-strength cement and mineral powder as the main cementitious materials, together withquartz sand, other aggregates and various polymer additives. In the freshly mixedstate, the product has high fluidity and can be used for precise leveling of indoorand outdoor floors. It is especially suitable for floor heating backfilling, old floorrepair and the cushion base of various types of facing materials (such as wood flooring, ceramic tiles, carpets, etc.). After hardening, it features high strength,good wear resistance and excellent volume stability.

Advantages

• Precise Leveling: The fluidity reaches 135-145mm, enabling automatic leveling.The flatness deviation is smaller than that of super flat floors, with a 2mm heightdifference when measured with a 3m straightedge.
• Crack Resistance: The dimensional change rate is controlled within -0.015%~+0.015%, and it has micro-expansion characteristics, effectively reduc-ing the risk of cracking.
• Efficient Construction: The construction thickness range is wide (10mm to 50mmcan be constructed at one time), and it supports pumping construction, with a daily construction area of 1500-2000m2. It can be opened to traffic in 12 hours.
• Environmental Protection and Safety: The main raw materials are cement, quartzsand, ultra-fine hard aggregate of mineral powder and polymer additives, whichare non-toxic and harmless.
• Wear and Pressure Resistance: It has high strength and good wear resistance, andcan be directly used as a floor, suitable for loaded floors.

Applications

It is suitable for occasions that require leveling or floor heating backfilling, such as:

• Floor Heating Backfilling: It has good thermal stability and avoids crackingcaused by alternating hot and cold.
• Facing Base Leveling: It provides a flat base for wood flooring, ceramic tiles, car-pets, PVC rubber flooring, epoxy coatings, etc.
• Industrial Floors: It can be directly used as a surface layer, suitable for loaded floors in workshops, warehouses, parking lots, airports, freight centers, etc.

Note: The strength of the base concrete during construction must be C20, and the ordinarycement new concrete base needs to be constructed with self-leveling mortar 21 days after its con-struction.

Usage Method

Suitable for indoor dry environments, such as:

• Industrial Floors: It can be directly used as a surface layer, suitable for loaded floors in workshops, warehouses, parking lots, airports, freight centers, etc.
• Apply a special interface agent (l-2 times) to seal the pores of the base and en-hance the adhesion.

Product Preparation and Construction

• Water-Cement Ratio: Add water strictly according to the recommended ratio (forexample,25kg of powder is mixed with 4.75-5 liters of water), and mechanicallystir for 3-5 minutes until a uniform slurry is formed.
• Construction Window: The mixed slurry should be used up within 90 minutes.
• Pouring and Defoaming: Pour the slurry onto the base surface and let it self-level.Use a toothed scraper to level it while wearing spiked shoes, and eliminate airbubbles with a T-shaped pull rod.
• Curing Requirements: The surface can be opened to traffic 12 hours after con-struction. For floors with heavy traffic, it can be opened to traffic after 3days ofcuring.
