In terms of core performance, the pumping equipment is equipped with a 30kW high-power motor. The upper mixing barrel of the fully automatic mixer has a power of 7.5kW, the lower mixing barrel has a power of 4kW, and the feeding machine has a power of 4kW. When used together, it can convey vertically to a height of 180m and horizontally to a height of 500m. The single mixing capacity of the mixer is 300-400kg. With the optimized hydraulic transmission system, the maximum conveying capacity is stable at 15m³/h, which can easily meet the long-distance and high-lift conveying requirements of high-viscosity and high-specific-gravity media. The equipment uses a hydraulic pump as the power core and has an automatic pressure adjustment function. When the conveying resistance changes, it can adjust the displacement in real time to avoid overload damage. At the same time, it reduces energy consumption, saving 15%-20% compared with traditional conveying pumps, taking into account efficiency and economy.
