Description

This product is a gypsum-based self-leveling mortar mainly composed ofhigh-strength gypsum, combined with aggregates and various architecturalchemical additives. In its fresh state, it exhibits excellent fluidity, making it suit-able for precise floor leveling in indoor spaces. It is particularly applicable for un- derfloor heating backfilling, old floor repair, and the bedding of various facingmaterials (such as wood flooring, tiles, carpets, etc.).

Advantages

  • Precise Leveling: With a fluidity of 140-150mm, it can self-level automatically, with a flatness deviation of less than 2mm/3m.
  • Crack Resistance: It has slight expansion properties, with a28-day shrinkage value of approximately 0.019mm/m, much lower than that of cement-based ma-terials (1.17mm/m), fundamentally avoiding the risk of cracking.
  • Efficient Construction: It allows pedestrian traffic in 4-6 hours; supports pumpingconstruction, with a single-day pouring area of up to 1500-2000 m2.
  • Environmentally Friendly and Safe: The main raw material is industrial by-prod-uct gypsum, with no VOC, Class A fire resistance, and it can regulate air humidity.
  • Thermal Insulation and Soundproofing: After hardening, it has certain elasticityand thermal insulation performance, suitable for underfloor heating systems.

Applications

Suitable for indoor dry environments, such as:

  • Underfloor Heating Backfilling: It has good thermal stability, avoiding cracking caused by alternating hot and cold conditions.
  • Substrate Leveling for Facing Materials: Provides a flat surface for wood flooring, tiles, PVC flooring, carpets, etc.
  • Old Floor Renovation: Repairs depressions and cracks in concrete substrates to achieve rapid renovation.
  • Note: Not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor areas with long-term dampness, orheavy traffic areas.

Usage Method

Suitable for indoor dry environments, such as:

  • The substrate must be solid, without sanding, hollowing, oil stains, floating dust.Cracks need to be repaired in advance.
  • Apply a special interface agent (1-2 coats) to seal the substrate’s pores and enhance adhesion. The interface agent must be completely dry (1-4 hours) before construction.

Product Preparation and Construction

  • Water-to-Powder Ratio: Add water strictly according to the recommended ratio (powder:water = 1:0.45-0.48), and mechanically mix for 3-5 minutes until a uni-form paste is formed.
  • Working Time Window: The mixed mortar should be used up within 120 minutes.
  • Pouring and Deaeration: Pour the mortar onto the substrate and let it self-level.Wear spiked shoes and use a T-shaped rod to remove air bubbles.
  • Curing Requirement: Cure for 12 hours after construction. Keep indoor ventilationduring this period, but avoid direct strong wind blowing.

Properties

  • Appearance: Gray/gray-white powder.
  • Recommended Thickness: 10-100mm (can be constructed in one go).
  • Compressive Strength: 8MPa at lday, 20MPa at28days.
  • Traffic Opening Time: Pedestrian traffic is allowed after 6 hours, and facing con- struction can be carried out after 12 hours.Environmental Indicator: VOC=0g/L, meeting green building requirements.
  • Packaging:25kg/bag, moisture-proof packaging.
  • Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is 12 months.

Construction Area

  • 12.5kg of material is required per square meter for a 1-centimeter thickness.

Notes: This product must be used srietly in ccordance with construetion specfications, and avoid using itin damp areas The specfic performance may vany slightly dlue to differences in substrate conditions and environment. It is recommended to conduct on-site tests before construction
