Description
This product is a gypsum-based material made from high-strength gypsum andfast-drying cement (as main cementitious materials), combined with sulfates, alka-line activators, and various construction chemical additives. It exhibits excellentfluidity in the fresh state,enabling precise leveling of indoor floors. It is especially suitable for underfloor heating backfilling, old floor renovation, and as a cushion base for various decorative surface materials.

Usage Method
Suitable for indoor dry environments, such as:
- The substrate must be solid, free of dust, hollowing, oil, or loose material; cracks need pre-repair.
- Apply a dedicated interface agent (1l-2 coats) to seal substrate pores and enhance adhesion; construction can start only after the agent is fully dry (3-4 hours).
Product Preparation and Construction
- Water-Material Ratio: Add water strictly per the recommended ratio (powder:water=30%-33%o); mix uniformly with a machine until slurry consistency isachieved.
- Construction Window: Mixed mortar must be used within 90 minutes.
- Pouring & Defoaming: Pour the slurry onto the substrate to self-level; use spiked shoes and a T-bar to remove air bubbles.
- Curing Requirements: Cure for 12 hours after construction; keep indoor ventila-tion (avoid direct strong wind).
