Description

  • This product is a two-component water-based epoxy decorative topcoat, for-mulated with high-purity water-based epoxy resin, special water-based curingagent and high-quality pigments and fillers. Featuring high solids content, lowviscosity and high gloss, it delivers a seamless, smooth and aesthetic paint filmsurface. Using water as the dispersion medium, it contains no toxic volatile or-ganic solvents such as toluene, ensuring a safe and pollution-free construction process.

Advantages

  • Excellent Decorative Effect: The surface is smooth and flat, with long-lastingbright colors, dust and moisture resistance. It offers multiple visual effects includ-ing gloss, matte or semi-matte finishes.
  • Wear and Pressure Resistance: Boasts extremely high surface hardness and superior abrasion resistance, capable of withstanding daily wear and heavy mechancal rolling loads.
  • Chemical Resistance: Provides good resistance to dilute acids, dilute alkalis, engine oil, grease and other chemical substances.
  • Environmental Protection & Safety: Extremely low odor and low VOC content, meeting strict environmental standards (e.g., GREENGUARD certification). Con-struction tools can be cleaned directly with water.

Applications

  • It is suitable for flooring environments requiring high cleanliness, wear resistance and aesthetic appearance.
  • Industrial & Commercial Flooring: Ideal for the final surface coating of load-bearing floors in workshops, warehouses, parking lots, airports, freight centers, etc.
  • Cleanrooms & Special Environments: Food and beverage factories, biophar-maceutical plants, clean workshops in electronics factories, laboratories, hospi-tal operating rooms, schools, shopping malls, etc.
  • Underlayment for Surface Materials: Provides ideal underlying protection forhigh-end carpets, PVC floors, etc.

    Application Instructions

    • Suitable for use in indoor dry environments.
    • Substrate Preparation: Ensure the intermediate coating is completely dry, sanded smooth and free of sandpaper marks.
    • Apply a special interfacial agent (1-2 coats) to seal the pores of the substrate and enhance adhesion.

    Product Preparation&Application

    • Mixing Ratio: Strictly mix Component A (Main Resin) and Component B (Curing Agent) in the recommended ratio (e.g., 5:1). If necessary, add a smallamount of clean water (5%-10%) to adjust the viscosity.
    • Pot Life: The mixed slurry must be used within 1 hour.
    • Application Method: Apply evenly using a short-haired wool roller or spraying equipment. Typically, two coats are required, with sufficient interval time (usually6-12 hours) between coats. Apply the next coat only after the previous coat hasdried to touch.

    Properties

    • Appearance: Homogeneous fluid (as-supplied or tinted); the cured film is smooth, flat, and free of obvious color difference.
    • Recommended Dry Film Thickness: Approximately 60-120 um per coat.
    • Compressive Strength: 70-80 MPa at 28 days.
    • Pencil Hardness: > 2H, with excellent abrasion resistance.
    • Traffic Opening Time: Light foot traffic permitted after 24 hours; full use permitted after 72 hours.

    Packaging & Storage

    • Packaging: Typically 20 kg per component per pail.
    • Storage: Store ina coot, dry place, away from freezing. The shelflife is 12 months.
