Description

This product is a water-based, environmentally friendly interface treatment agentformulated with 50%o high-solid-content acrylic emulsion, deionized water, andspecial additives. It forms a dense,high-adhesion polymer film on the surface ofvarious substrates (e.g.,gypsum-based self-leveling, cement mortar, concrete),effectively solving issues like loose substrate or sanding, It is an ideal material forbonding new and old concrete and preventing hollowing.

Aplicaciones

Used for substrate sealing before gypsum-based self-leveling construction: Pre-vents rapid water loss from self-leveling mortar,improving fluidity and final sur-face strength.Interface treatment for new/old concrete or cement mortar substrates: Enhancesadhesion between plaster mortar, tile adhesive, etc., and the substrate.Roughening treatment for smooth/hard substrate surfaces (e.g,, old tiles,terraz-zo) in renovation projects: Improves subsequent material adhesion.

Application Method

  • Substrate PreparationCleaning: The substrate must be firm,flat, dry, and clean. Thoroughly remove oil,dust, release agent, and other substances that affect adhesion.Rcpair: Fill cracks, pits, and othcr dcfccts on thc substratc with rcpair mortar.
  • Mixing & DilutionThorough Stirring: After opening the lid,first use a stirring rod to fully mix the prod-uct’s stock solution evenly.Dilution Rccommcndations:Whcn uscd for scaling thc substratc of gypsum-bascdself-leveling malerials, il is generally recommended lo use il undiluled or diluledwith a small amount of water.The specific dilution ratio is 1:8(i.e., 50kg of the inter-face agent mixed with 400kg of water). Please determine the exact ratio throughon-sitc testing based on thc substrate’s compactncss and watcr absorption.Forporous,highly waler-absorbenl subslrales, you can approprialely increase the dilu-tion ratio when applying the first sealing coat.
  • Brushing ConstructionTools: Use a roller or brush.Brushing requirements: Apply the agent evenly and completely to the substrate sur-face (avoid pooling or missing areas).Number of coats: One coat is usually sufficient. For highly water-absorbent sub-strates, apply a second coat after the first coatis surface-dry (no stickiness totouch).Brushing area: After mixing with water, 20kg of the product can cover 60 squaremeters.
  • Drying & CuringDrying time: After application, allow the agent to fully dry and form a film (typically2-3 hours, depending on ambient temperature and humidity).Next step: Proceed with gypsum-based self-leveling placement before the agent isfully cured (surface is transparent, slightly tacky but no material sticks to it) for ontimal bonding.
  • PrecautionsConstruction environment:Temperature 5C,relative humidity 85%.

Safety Instructions

Skin contact: If contacted,rinse immediately with soap and plenty of water. Seekmedical attention if discomfort occurs.Inhalation: Apply in well-ventilated areas. If excessive vapor is inhaled and discom-fort occurs, move to fresh air immediately.Eye contact: If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutesand seek medical help.Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place (5-35C); avoid sun exposure and freez-ing.
